TouchToneTeller is Peoples National Banks telephone banking system.
It is your 24hour connection to PNB, giving you immediate access to the
account information you need. You can easily:
- Make account balance inquiries
- Verify the last transactions on your account
- Verify electronic funds and ATM transactions
- Verify interest paid and earned
- Make transfers
and loan payments (must sign funds transfer agreement)
Using
TouchToneTeller:
Before using TouchToneTeller, make sure you have your account number handy
and your personal identification number (PIN)* available.
- Call (850) 678-5562
or if you are out of the 850 area code, call toll free 1 (866)-678-5562
- Wait for the greeting, and then follow the instructions and a series of menu options. Once you have chosen an option, enter your account number, followed by your PIN.
- To access the funds transfer option, you must complete a "Funds Transfer Authorization Request" form. To obtain this form, contact a Customer Service Representative at the bank.
* PIN
selection: The initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the last
four digits of the primary account holders social security or tax
ID number. The first time you access each account you will be required
to change the initial PIN to any other four digit number.
